Catch Returns
Catch records show a typical return of 2 fish per visit averaged over the season. Most fish are in the range 11.-13., but several larger fish are caught each season. Most of our members practice a policy of catch and release.
Membership
Ripponden Fly Fishers have a limited number of membership opportunities
at a very reasonable membership subscription of £75 per annum,
plus a 'one-off' non-returnable £35 joining fee.
For juniors, the fees are £45 per annum plus a one-off joining
fee of £20.
Day Tickets:
A maximum of 4 visitor tickets per day (weekdays only) are available
for fly fishing (bank only) from 9am to 5pm at a cost of £15-00
per ticket per day.
Season:
Our season is covered by the EA's by-laws which restrict our fishing
to 25th March - 30th September.
